The Office of 学生记录 maintains the academic records of students from their initial semester of registration through graduation. It serves students and faculty by providing access to the information necessary to support their educational experience.
Students can obtain their information in person via the 威尼斯人注册 学生记录 Office, located in the 学生服务 building on the 威尼斯人注册 Campus, or the 坎伯兰 Enrollment Services One Stop, located in the Student and Enrollment Services Center on the 坎伯兰 Campus. The 威尼斯人注册 Office can also be reached via e-mail at

(电子邮件保护). Please use your student email address for account specific inquiries.
Students can login to the 威尼斯人注册 门户网站 or 坎伯兰 Self Service to request enrollment verification, 查看成绩, 申请毕业生, 学位审核, unofficial transcripts, 和更多的. If you plan to order enrollment verification or official transcripts, kindly note that Rowan College mailings are sent through the United States Postal Service. Overnight mail service is not an option.
If you need assistance selecting courses or reviewing course availability, please reach out to your advisor at the campus specific advisement office where you intend to attend classes.
Students choosing to withdraw from the current semester: It is highly recommended that you speak with your advisor and Financial 援助 (if applicable) before withdrawing as it could impact you academically and financially.
Students must officially withdraw from coursework or will be assigned a failing grade. In addition, students are financially responsible for their registration.

Please note: student records have not yet merged so if you have coursework from both campuses you must follow the process for each campus.
